MileChase is currently in beta testing. Features and data practices may be updated before public release; this page will be revised when they change.

Information MileChase uses

MileChase may process account details, trip and mileage information, location information needed for enabled trip tracking, device and diagnostic information, reward activity, and information you submit to support. Location access is used only according to the permissions you grant on your device.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, record trips, calculate progress and rewards, prevent fraud, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal or platform requirements.

Service providers

MileChase may use hosting, analytics, payment, advertising, survey, and reward partners to provide specific services. Partners receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

You can control device permissions in iOS or Android settings. You may request account assistance, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for security, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
